This very precious version of the original Algerian Love Knot necklace, as seen on Eva Green in Casino Royale is made in solid 18ct yellow gold & is set with scattered brilliant cut diamonds.

There are 18 diamonds set in total and, although they vary, the average size of each diamond is approximately 2mm, and the total carat weight is around .54ct. 

The total length of the chain around the neck including clasp is 16 1/2". The diameter of knot is 25mm & length of longest chain hanging from knot is 85mm.
